1.1 Legal Agreement

By choosing to access, purchase, download, or use any material provided by Cardboard Adventures Ltd (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), you are agreeing to the legally binding terms set forth in this User Agreement. These terms apply to all content including but not limited to digital downloads, physical products, live or recorded performances, templates, and creative workshop materials (collectively referred to as “Assets”).
All content and creative works associated with Cardboard Adventures Ltd, including those designed by Sam Wilde, Samuel Martin or relevant invited designers are protected intellectual property. This includes but is not limited to written, visual, audio, and performance-based materials. These works are owned exclusively by Cardboard Adventures Ltd and protected under UK and international copyright, trademark, and design laws.
Engaging with any of our Assets does not confer ownership or any right to reproduce, share, distribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly exhibit them. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, use is limited strictly to personal, non-commercial purposes. Any form of commercial exploitation—such as adapting our work for resale or public display—is strictly prohibited without a separate, express commercial license granted by us.
When you purchase or download one of our Assets, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for personal use. This license permits you to use the content privately, in non-commercial contexts only. You may not use our templates or digital files to produce items for sale, alter them for redistribution, or publish them in any format. Breaching these conditions will immediately revoke your license and may result in legal consequences.
Digital products are distributed via secure links and usually in downloadable PDF format. We strongly recommend downloading and safely storing your files as soon as possible as download links are valid only for 30days from purchase date. We reserve the right to limit download attempts and may charge a reasonable administrative fee—typically £10.00—for reissuing expired or unsupported download access.
All sales of digital goods are considered final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. Refunds will only be granted in cases where the product is defective or cannot be accessed due to an error on our part. If you believe this applies to your purchase, please contact us at info@cardboardadventures.co.uk for assistance. Sale items are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property—including but not limited to duplication, resale, or public distribution—constitutes a breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to enforce our rights and pursue damages through legal means where appropriate.
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, regardless of the user’s location.
