I teach Art PK-5th grade. Each year the Bosque Art Center hosts a Summer Camp for 1st through 5th grade. This pattern was perfect for this group. We opted to paint our puppets. Kids LOVED making these! We did make modifications for the nose and teeth. Definitely be purchasing more designs this upcoming school year.

Great pattern! Working in a primary school during book week, we usually have a few kids without costumes. I saw your pattern, & the Pied Piper idea was born! They loved them!

So much fun to make and move!

I purchased this pattern at the last minute for my “cat and mouse” Halloween costume. It was very easy to assemble and I used papier mache instead of a glue gun. Then I painted it and it was still flexible! I learned so much about cardboard properties and how to exploit them for kinetic art. Everyone remarked how lifelike the little “giant” mouse was. Thank you for sharing your puppetry expertise.

Fun and easy to follow instructions

This was fun to make for my son who wanted to make a mouse with wings out of cardboard after reading "The book of wondrous Possiblilites"
